So, the "scrubbing" side is too soft and does NOT do any exfoliation. I have a tender and sensitive skin and even for me it's too soft. The fibers seem slightly coarse when it's dry but once it gets wet it becomes really soft. Moreover, after you wet it, the "exfoliating" side prolapses and you end up rubbing your back with only the edges of the thing which makes it even more useless. Other than that it does seem to be good quality and well made BUT It's only good for daily washing, not for scrubbing at all. But if you need something for daily washing you can find much cheaper options anyway. One good thing is it's quite long, which is convenient. Just don't expect any exfoliation.

The Beauty By Earth , Exfoliating Back Scrubber is simply amazing. One side is super soft while the other side is soft yet exfoliating. I have never felt fully cleaned on my back because of hard to reach places. Now i get out the shower feeling fully clean . I dont think i will ever have a shower without using this again. I totally recommend to everyone. Its a game changer. The quality of the material is perfect. Its an ideal size . Great whether you have sensitive skin or just regular. Its gentle yet fully cleans.

I was looking for something that I could use in my new place because I don't have a bathtub I have a shower and I really wanted to be able to somehow get my back clean. This does not work well with bar soap, so that's one thing I want to let you know right away, however it is lovely with a liquid soap Drizzle a line of it on the scrubber and hook your hands through the loops and you can go up and down , back and forth on your back. It really does make your back feel clean and it's enjoyable to use! it is important to let it dry out between uses ...I actually don't use it everyday I use it about 3 or 4 days a week. In between I hang in on the back of the bathroom door so the heat can dry it out faster than hanging in my shower.

It works but I'm not too crazy about it maybe becuase it's weird and a bit hard to store properly. Its longer than it looks. It does scrub and clean your back really well but you need quite a bit of soap to really lather up. Also it just feels a bit clunky trying to use it. It's self explainitory to use but it does take a second to "setup" your hands/arms to use it. It might be a little harder for someone who is not flexible at all to use. Overall it works but not my first choice.
