I use this in my dressings instead of olive oil. I really enjoy the nutty flavor.
Tamari soy sauce is so much better than regular soy sauce. I t has like a smoky flavor and not too salty. Better for you as well.
I love to put mugi miso in my soups and stews. It is packed with nutrients and tastes really great.
I love to put these in just about anything! Great on salads, warm cereal or use it in my trail mix. Very great nutty flavor.
