This is a must item when making gluten-free muffins. I couldn't find this anywhere in Japan, so I was very happy when I found it on iHerb.
I use this flour to make gluten-free muffins for my son who has multiple food allergies. He shows no allergic reactions, and we both love it!
Very creamy and tasty! I use it as a substitute for peanuts butter. It goes well with almost anything.
It tastes just like real chocolate, I can't believe it's gluten/dairy/soy-free!!! I often use it to make muffins/cookies, but I also snack on it when I feel a little peckish.
Expensive but tastes good. Maybe I won't buy it again now that I got my own food dehydrator.
