Great product, bad packaging

Great product, but poor packaging. I received this order late because it was damaged in transit the first time. When I finally received this order it was again damaged. Just some advise for who is packaging the products. It is not the bottles that are being damaged, it is the caps. I did receive a full refund which I am thankful for.
