Combine this with D-mannose and say bye to the UTIs. It really does help calm down irritated bladders and urinary tracts.
I find this better than cranberry supplements. When you're already irritated, you don't want the acid that cranberry brings.
Whenever there's a bug going around, I take this twice a day for a week or so. 99% of the time I won't get sick!
