I use this product to make cost effective suppositories. I mix two capsules with 2ml coconut oil and freeze in a silicone baby bottle teat. I make up quite a few at a time and use them at night. I get sore kidneys the next morning so I know that it is working. Buying EDTA suppositories is very expensive. I would never recommend taking this product orally if you have metal in your system. Studies have shown edta to be ineffective orally but it works well intraveneously or as a suppository. I took edta orally in ignorance and felt absolutely rotten as the metal swirled around my body but never left and made me feel horrendous. It just redistributes the metal and makes you feel so bad you just want to die! Never again! You can use the suppositories as often as you feel you can handle it, as long as your kidneys are in good working order and you drink plenty of liquid.
Take a day off
I have used three bottles of this. The first one I used here and there for a couple of days. The instructions are to take one teaspoon twice daily for 3 days. I always found that my kidneys would hurt. I was half way through a second bottle and decided to up the dose over easter when I had some time off work. I must have had alot of bugs(I have had intestinal issues for a long time) as I spent all day Friday in bed..I must have been having dieoff effects and took some charcoal..therefore I think it works but you need to really dose up and be ready for any reaction. I must say I did feel better after a few days (I finished the bottle taking 1 tablespoon at a time probably 5 times a day), I think it tastes fine and has no added sugar or other unnecessary additives.
Very helpful product

I have only taken this for about a week but I would say that it is very helpful if you are battling adrenal fatigue and/or heavy metal poisoning. Studies have shown that the body can more easily absorb this form of glutathione and low glutathione is implicated in many disease states. I figure this will help my body to get rid of toxins for itself as I seem to have very little capacity for this. Yes it is pricey but to me if it works it is worth the investment..
Black seed oil

I really love this oil. While I dont think it is a cure all as they claim I think it helps alot. I believe that it helps kill the bugs in your body (not sure if that is true though). It helped me with alot of aches and pains that I had and when I initially started on it was like a liquid miracle. It makes your hair thick and lustrous and is generally a very good tonic. It tastes fine a bit spicy.
The reason that I am giving this five stars is because I have tried alot of facial scrubs and quite often they are very dissapointing. This is very grainy but doesnt feel harsh, also it doesnt upset the balance of my skin. I only use it about twice a week ..
Contains other ingredients
Use caution when buying this product as it also contains ALA which is not what you randomly want if you are detoxing metals. It prefer to buy the glutiathione on its own, if necessary.
Good for digestive issues

I have been pleasantly surprised at the subtle but effective nature of these ayurvedic products. They seem very natural without all those coatings and this one is effective for soothing the digestive system. I have also started taking ashwagandha in the same brand which I really like too.
Good adrenal support

I have taken this supplement for over a year.. I have tried some with other parts of the adrenal and it made me jumpy and a bit hyper and not in a good way..those types of adrenal supplements will affect your adrenaline ..it's not good.. Anyway this one is good, I've been chelating mercury for 18 mths and am now cleansing parasites so this is essential..it is really tough on your kidneys and adrenals so this supports your body..
I think this product line is good. It is natural but also contains active ingredients . I also use the daycream and have tried the scrub and I like them all.
Seems very good

There has been considerable research done on the Litchi seed which I found quite by accident when searching for something else. I looked on trusty iherb and they had oliginol so I thought I would try it. It seems quite expensive as you only get 30 capsules, I have been taking it for just two weeks only one per day but I am going to try it for longer. I feel a lot less hungry so I figure I'll save money on food haha By the way I am not overweight and eat a very healthful diet but this is supposed to help with tummy fat which I have. I am also hoping that it will help my skin as it was originally(apparently)produced as a cosmoceutical product. So far I am happy enough to spend some more money to try it for longer.
Most acidophilus products are a waste of money in my opinion but I think this one is quite good and worth a try.

This product along with bacillus coagulans and a prebiotic such as yacon syrup are the only probiotic products which do anything for me .
